A new 140-page report released by the Family Research Council and Liberty Institute reveals a pattern of hostility toward Christians and Christianity in the U.S. The report was released earlier this week and includes over 600 incidents over a 10-year period.

The attacks range from rulings from the judiciary branch to an elementary school student who was physically lifted from his seat and reprimanded for praying before eating his lunch. Yet another example shows a Christian couple was fired as apartment complex managers and forced to move because a painting with a Christian reference was displayed in their office.

Other examples cited in the report include:

Copts in Upper Egypt Attacked, Beat, Plundered

By Coptic Solidarity

Published on Monday, 20 August 2012 14:32

Christian Copts in Upper Egypt are under attack, hours after a call for their eradication appeared in the form of leaflets calling on Muslims to kill Copts, specifically naming regions of Upper Egypt.

A report by Fady Talaat, for Al Akhbar News, published August 14, has the details. In Al Gallaweya Village, Sohag, Upper Egypt, Christians are being beaten, their stores destroyed, and their properties plundered. The attackers are declaring that “any Christian who dares to leave his house will be killed”; and the Copts are complaining that the police only arrive after the damage has been completely done.

Nageh Hozar, one of the attacked victims now lying in the hospital said that a known felon, who is also a fugitive living in the village, named Mo'tassem Sedky Rashwan, came to a supermarket owned by his brother Fady Hozar to buy cigarettes. He took the cigarettes and refused to pay for them. Instead, he asked Fady to pay him EGP 50 as “tribute.” When the latter refused they had a dispute. The criminal, then, left and came back with his thug brothers, cousins and friends. Zaki explained that the whole gang started beating him up along with his brothers Thomas and Fady Hozar and others, using sticks and canes, leaving them dangerously injured.

ARAB SPRING RUN AMOK: 'BROTHERHOOD' STARTS CRUCIFIXIONS

Opponents of Egypt's Muslim president executed 'naked on trees'

The Arab Spring takeover of Egypt by the Muslim Brotherhood has run amok, with reports from several different media agencies that the radical Muslims have begun crucifying opponents of newly installed President Mohammed Morsi.

Middle East media confirm that during a recent rampage, Muslim Brotherhood operatives “crucified those opposing Egyptian President Muhammad Morsi naked on trees in front of the presidential palace while abusing others.”

Raymond Ibrahim, a fellow with the Middle East Forum and the Investigative Project on Terrorism, said the crucifixions are the product of who the Middle Eastern media call “partisans.”

“Arabic media call them ‘supporters,’ ‘followers’ and ‘partisans’ of the Muslim Brotherhood,” Ibraham said.
Ibrahim also says the victims can be anyone, including Egyptian Christians.

Beijing Shouwang Church Announcement on Outdoor Worship Service on August 5, 2012

8/13/2012
Dear brothers and sisters:

Peace in the Lord! On this past Sunday, we held the thirty-first outdoor worship service of this year. It was a hot and humid day, with showers in the early morning. As far as we know, on Sunday morning, besides the sister who was taken to be detained at a hotel on Friday, at least twenty-six  believers were taken away from locations near the platform for attending the outdoor service. They were then sent to four different local police stations. Six believers were released by noon, and the other twenty-one believers were released one after another by 20:00pm on Sunday.

WASHINGTON, D.C. (Worthy News)-- As the number of murders by a militant Islamic group in Nigeria continue to grow, some Congressmen are questioning the Obama administrations refusal to officially designate it as a terrorist organization.

Boko Haram, which translates as Western education is sinful, wants to create an Islamist state ruled by shar'ia; to that end, the group unleashed a series of deadly bombings against Nigerian churches last Christmas that killed and maimed many defenseless parishioners.

Muslim Persecution of Christians: June, 2012 "[Egypt's] Muslim Brotherhood prevented the Copts, at gunpoint, from voting"

July 26, 2012

Saudi Arabia officially bans all religions other than Islam.

U.S.-backed rebels are committing Christian genocide in Syria, where they are sacking churches and issuing threats that all Christians will be cleansed from rebel-held territory. A mass exodus of thousands of Christians is taking place, even as mainstream Western reporters, such as Robert Fisk, demonize these same Christians for being supportive of the secular regime.

The bloody jihad waged against Nigeria's Christians, which has seen hundreds killed this year alone, now includes plans to kill Christians with poisoned food, as part of the Islamic organization Boko Haram's stated goal of purging Nigeria of all Christian presence.

During Egypt's presidential elections, Al Ahram reported that "the Muslim Brotherhood blockaded entire streets; prevented Copts, at gunpoint, from voting and threatened Christian families not to let their children go out and vote" for the secular candidate.
